Schedule 40 PVC Pipe Slip x Slip 45° Elbow Fittings
45 Degree Slip Elbow Fitting for Schedule 40 PVC Pipe (Slip x Slip). If the pipes needing joined form a 45 degree angle or turn and both ends have smooth ends, you would use a 45 degree slip (or slip x slip) elbow. Schedule 40 PVC 45 degree ells are designed to turn the flow of a liquid at a 45 degree angle. Both pipe ends are glued into the ell, forming a 45 degree turn or joint. All of our Schedule 40 fittings are NSF rated 14 & 61, which means they are certified for use with potable (drinking) water. Maximum temperature is 140F.
